All products are handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for small orders and 5-7 business days for large orders. PLEASE NOTE, processing time is the amount of time it takes to make your product(s) and is separate to your shipping time. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday via United States Postal Service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If your tracking information states your order has been delivered and you did not receive your package or your package arrived damaged, please contact the United States Postal Service at 1-800-277-8777. In case of a holiday, you may experience a delay in receiving your order. PLEASE NOTE, Prominent Cosmetics and Beauty holds no responsibility for delays, lost or damaged orders on behalf of the United States Postal Service. In addition, Prominent Cosmetics and Beauty holds no responsibility for stolen packages. You must submit a claim with the United States Postal Service. If your tracking information states package(s) is "Delivered" and you did not receive your package, or your package arrives damaged, please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) at 1-800-275-8777 in order to submit a claim. Prominent Cosmetics and Beauty holds no responsibility for undelivered, stolen or damaged packages.
Send an email to prominentcosmeticsandbeauty@gmail.com within 24 hours to cancel your order. Cancellation post 24 hours will not be honored, and your order will be processed. Changes will not be accepted after your order is placed. Please review your order for accuracy prior to placing your order.
